Panelized homes are made of walls constructed in a factory that are then brought to the construction site for assembly. Often times the walls are pre-constructed with the insulation already in them and thus afford many energy-saving advantages to the home owner. These homes typically come in kits, but can be "customized" to fit the homeowner's preferences.
